PROJECT

First Mediterranean tavern ever to open its doors out of São Paulo’s capital in a countryside city called Sorocaba. The starting point for the project was trusting that no matter where you are, people will enjoy good food, an accessible wine list and well-made cocktails at a fair price.

Introduced simple, but well-made cocktails led to an impact on other restaurants in the city. Introduced Mediterranean cuisine to a wider range of people.

SOLUTION

Awarded the best restaurant in the city on the second month of its existence; Discredited the myth that “the countryside prefers to drink beer”, by breaking the record of monthly wine sales of the whole countryside of São Paulo.

Achieved break-even on its third month of operation.
